Marketplaces and SaaS, built by people who run one.
Two-sided platforms, SaaS MVPs, and AI-native products — engineered by a team that has shipped a working marketplace and operates its own SaaS. We know where products break, because ours has to not.

Who We Are
TechnoBlick builds marketplaces and SaaS products — a 19-person senior team with 120+ projects shipped worldwide, including a freelance marketplace built end to end (two-sided accounts, listings, matching, and the operational machinery between supply and demand) and — the credential most agencies can't claim — our own SaaS product in live operation: an AI-powered website support widget we built, launched, and run. That changes how we build for you. An agency that has never operated a product optimizes for handoff day; a team that answers its own churn, billing edge-cases, and 2 AM incidents optimizes for every day after it.
We'll also tell you the truth the pitch decks skip: for marketplaces, the software is the easy half. The hard half is liquidity — enough supply to attract demand, enough demand to retain supply — and architecture decisions made in week one (how matching works, what's free, where friction sits) determine whether that flywheel can spin at all. Our MVP philosophy follows from that: an MVP isn't the cheapest version of your product, it's the fastest honest test of your riskiest assumption — built on an architecture that scales when the answer is yes, with the AI layer modern products are now expected to ship with.
Most platforms die
between demo and traction.
Not from bad ideas — from wrong first versions, rented architecture, and empty marketplaces. We engineer against all three.
The MVP that tests nothing
Six months building features nobody validated, when the riskiest assumption could've been tested in six weeks. Budget gone, learning: zero.
The empty-marketplace spiral
Buyers find no sellers, sellers find no buyers, both leave. Liquidity is a design problem before it's a marketing one — and most builds ignore it.
Architecture that caps the win
The prototype stack that can't do multi-tenancy, usage billing, or real permissions — so success means rebuilding at the worst possible moment.
Billing and churn as afterthoughts
Subscriptions, dunning, plan changes, and cancellation flows decide SaaS economics — and they're bolted on last, badly, by teams that never ran one.
The complete stack for platform businesses.
From riskiest-assumption MVP to revenue-grade product.
SaaS products & MVPs
Product discovery, scoped-to-learn MVPs, and full builds — multi-tenant, subscription-ready, and architected so validation success doesn't mean rebuild.
Two-sided marketplaces
Vendor and buyer accounts, listings, matching, reviews, commissions and payouts — the machinery we shipped for a working freelance marketplace.
AI-native products
RAG assistants, agent features, and AI cores like the one running our own SaaS — grounded, cost-engineered, and productized properly.
Subscriptions & billing
Stripe subscriptions, usage metering, plan upgrades/downgrades, dunning, and the cancellation flows that save revenue — the unglamorous layer that decides margins.
Mobile apps for platforms
Cross-platform apps sharing your platform's back-end — because marketplaces live where their users' thumbs are.
Launch & growth engine
SEO and programmatic pages for category/city/skill queries (the marketplace acquisition play), ads, and lifecycle automation for activation and churn.
By the
numbers.
Multi-tenant core
One codebase, isolated customer data, per-plan features — SaaS architecture done right from commit one.
- Tenant isolation & role-based permissions
- Plan-gated feature flags
- Usage metering built in
Marketplace transaction engine
Everything between "listed" and "paid out."
- Escrow-style payment flows & commissions
- Vendor payouts & statements
- Reviews, disputes & trust mechanics
Churn-fighting lifecycle
The revenue layer most builds skip.
- Onboarding & activation nudges
- Dunning that recovers failed payments
- Cancellation flows that save subscriptions
We build platforms — and we run one.
We built a freelance marketplace end to end: two-sided accounts, service listings, search and matching, ordering, and the admin machinery that keeps supply and demand honest. Marketplace engineering is its own discipline — every feature exists twice (buyer-side and seller-side), trust must be manufactured between strangers, and the payment flow carries commissions, payouts, and disputes that ordinary e-commerce never faces. And we hold the credential agencies rarely have: our own SaaS in production — an AI-powered support widget that answers website visitors from the site's own content, which we built, launched, and operate ourselves. Our team handles its uptime, its billing, its churn, and its roadmap. When we architect your product's subscription logic or AI cost model, we're not guessing at best practices — we're reusing decisions we live with.

Building & cost
A scoped SaaS MVP sits in our standard platform range; two-sided marketplaces run higher because every feature ships twice (buyer and seller sides) plus payments machinery. The honest driver isn't screens — it's your riskiest assumption: we scope the MVP to test that, which usually means cutting features other agencies would happily bill for. Fixed quotes after discovery — book a free scoping call.
Focused SaaS MVPs typically ship in 8–12 weeks; marketplaces 12–16 (two sides, payments, trust mechanics). Anyone promising a real two-sided marketplace in three weeks is shipping a template with your logo — you'll rebuild it at the worst time.
Yes — inherited codebases, stalled MVPs, and "our freelancer vanished" situations are common starts. We audit, stabilize, document, and then improve — and we'll tell you honestly if a rebuild beats a rescue, with the reasoning in writing.
Platform-specific
Partly with strategy, partly with architecture — and the architecture half is ours: constrain the niche (one city, one category) so liquidity concentrates; seed supply manually before automating; design single-player value so early users gain something even before matches; and build programmatic category/city pages so demand arrives from search as supply grows. What software can't do is substitute for hustle on the supply side — we'll say that plainly rather than sell you features instead.
Increasingly, your users assume it — but "AI features" that demo well and churn badly are worse than none. Where it genuinely earns its place (support grounded in your data, workflow copilots, smart matching), we build it the way we built our own: grounded, cost-metered per tenant, and measured on retention, not novelty.
Multi-tenant (one codebase, isolated data per customer) is the default for SaaS economics — one deploy serves everyone. Single-tenant enters for enterprise/compliance demands. The trap is deciding by accident: a prototype built without tenancy in mind pays a brutal retrofit tax. We architect it on day one either way.
Yes — Stripe subscriptions with plan logic, usage metering, dunning, and for marketplaces Stripe Connect-style split payments, commissions, and vendor payouts. Billing is where SaaS margins live and where our own product keeps us honest: we operate this machinery, not just install it.
After launch
Most clients keep us — roadmap engineering, activation/churn tuning, and scaling work. An MVP's whole point is learning; the value is in what you build because of it, and we price ongoing pods for exactly that phase.
