PPC for Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah on a fixed monthly fee, never 15-25% of your ad spend, from a team that also builds the landing pages your clicks land on. One hour from your clock.

TechnoBlick manages Google Ads for UAE businesses, a 19-person senior team serving clients across 25+ countries at a 4.9★ average rating, working one hour from UAE time, so budget pacing, anomalies, and urgent changes are handled inside your working day rather than after it.
Dubai's own PPC guides put the case better than we could. The ad gets the click, the landing page gets the conversion, and a well-structured campaign sending traffic to a poor landing page is one of the most expensive mistakes in Dubai PPC. Exactly. And it's the mistake most agencies can only report, because they manage media and nothing else, so the landing page, the load time, and the broken conversion tracking go into an email to your developer while the budget keeps spending.
We're a software company that runs ads. We build the landing pages, wire GA4 and GTM ourselves, and run SEO on the same accounts. And we charge a fixed monthly fee, while the Dubai market standard is 15-25% of ad spend, a model that pays the agency more the more of your money it spends.
THE GULF SEASONALITY
UAE search demand is not flat, and neither are the auctions. Dubai Shopping Festival (January), Ramadan, Eid, and the Q4 wedding and gifting season move CPCs sharply as the whole Gulf bidder pool competes on the same queries at the same time.
Normal periods
AED 4–12 per click (e.g., fashion & jewellery)
Peak windows
AED 15–25 per click
That volatility has three critical consequences we plan for rather than react to. Ensuring your campaigns aren't caught flat-footed requires preparing for the auction shift before it happens.
Budgets shift before the window opens, not once CPCs have already climbed.
Creative and offers are prepared in advance — Ramadan messaging written in Ramadan is late.
Learning phases are protected — a campaign entering DSF still in learning wastes the most expensive clicks of the year.
A local guide puts it plainly: 'an agency that does not have a seasonal strategy is leaving your peak-intent windows unmanaged.' We build the calendar into the first month's plan, whichever season you start in.
WHY US
Dubai's percentage model is higher than the US or UK standard (10-20%), which makes the conflict sharper. At AED 20,000 of spend, a 20% agency earns AED 4,000 whether or not the campaign works, and earns more if you scale. Our fee is fixed, our only lever is your cost per lead.
One hour apart. Real-time calls and same-day changes, WhatsApp answered in 1-2 hours, seven days a week.
Landing pages, page speed, forms, tracking, all in-house.
DSF, Ramadan, Eid, and Q4 wedding season move Gulf CPCs sharply. Peak windows need budget and creative prepared weeks ahead, not reacted to.
Created under your business, your billing, permanent admin access. Agencies that hold your account inside their own MCC make reporting unverifiable and leaving expensive.

DSF, Ramadan, Eid, and Q4 planned into your first month’s strategy, not reacted to mid-quarter.
THE REAL PROBLEM
Most UAE businesses don't have an ads problem. They have a funnel problem that ads made visible, and at AED 5-45 a click, it's an expensive way to discover it. Only one of five common causes is a campaign problem, which is why an agency can execute perfectly and still burn your budget, and why we audit the funnel before quoting a fee.
| The symptom | The real cause | Who fixes it |
|---|---|---|
| Clicks but no enquiries | Traffic lands on the homepage, no offer, no next step | Needs a web team |
| "Ads aren’t converting" | Conversion tracking was never configured correctly | Needs an engineer |
| Cost per lead keeps climbing | Landing page loads in 6 seconds on mobile | Needs a developer |
| WhatsApp leads that go cold | No routing, no response-time discipline | Needs automation |
| Wasted spend | No negative keywords, clicks from outside your emirate | Needs a PPC manager |
Clicks but no enquiries
"Ads aren’t converting"
Cost per lead keeps climbing
WhatsApp leads that go cold
Wasted spend
Only the last row is a campaign problem, the rest need a team that can actually build, not just manage.
PRICING
Two separate numbers, and any proposal that blurs them is hiding something. Your ad spend goes to Google, never touched by us, small UAE businesses typically run AED 5,000-25,000/month, medium businesses AED 25,000-75,000, and larger businesses AED 75,000+, with a practical minimum around AED 3,000/month. CPC varies by industry, SME services AED 5-12, real estate AED 25-45, cosmetic healthcare AED 35-55, and fashion or jewellery AED 4-12 in normal periods, rising to AED 15-25 at peak. Our management fee is fixed and stated upfront. The Dubai market charges freelancers AED 1,500-3,000/month, boutique agencies AED 3,000-6,000/month, full-service agencies AED 6,000-15,000/month, or 15-25% of ad spend.
From AED 2,000/month
One campaign type, tracking setup included.
AED 3,500-6,000/month
Multi-campaign, remarketing, landing page iteration, seasonal planning.
Scoped individually
Shopping feeds, Performance Max, bilingual campaigns, multi-emirate.
What drives cost: Number of emirates covered, industry CPC band, whether Arabic scope is included, and seasonal campaign complexity.
What we won't do: Bundle landing pages, Arabic scope, or tracking implementation invisibly into a headline fee. Each is quoted separately and transparently, because each is real work.
PROOF
Storefront and campaign landing pages we engineered ourselves, built to convert paid traffic, not just display it.
A YMYL vertical where trust signals, page speed, and tracking accuracy decide whether ad spend turns into bookings.
International reach run from Pakistan, showing the same technical foundation we bring to a Google Ads funnel.
Boutique agencies charge AED 3,000-6,000/month, full-service AED 6,000-15,000, freelancers AED 1,500-3,000, and percentage models take 15-25% of spend. Our fixed fees start at AED 2,000/month, always reported separately from your ad spend.
Because at Dubai's 15-25% rates the conflict is sharp. On AED 20,000 of spend, a 20% agency earns AED 4,000 regardless of results, and earns more if you scale, even when scaling isn't the right call. A fixed fee removes that conversation. If your account should spend less next month, we can say so without it costing us.
Yes. Arabic ad copy, keyword research, and landing page content are delivered by native Arabic specialists we work with, managed and quality-controlled by our team. We don't call machine translation Arabic advertising, in this market it underperforms immediately. Arabic scope is quoted as its own transparent line.
By planning before the window rather than reacting inside it, budgets shifted, creative and offers prepared ahead, and learning phases protected so campaigns aren't still calibrating during the most expensive clicks of the year.
Yes, and we'd usually insist. Dubai's own PPC guides call sending campaign traffic to a homepage one of the most expensive mistakes in this market. Our web team builds the page, our engineers wire the tracking.
Around AED 3,000/month, below that Google gathers too little conversion data to optimise and you fund a learning phase that never completes. Most SMEs see stable performance from AED 6,000-15,000/month.
You do, from day one: your business, your billing, permanent admin access, GA4/GTM in your properties. Leaving an agency that holds your account inside its own MCC costs you the entire learning history, we don't work that way.
Our team holds Google Ads certifications through Skillshop. We don't currently carry the agency Partner badge, and we'd rather say so than imply it.
Yes, we run Meta campaigns alongside Google Ads when it suits the funnel, with the same fixed-fee, tracking-first approach.
A free audit of your campaigns, landing pages, and tracking, in your hours. Honest verdict either way.
