Service Usage Prerequisites

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our services.
• If you are opening an account on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration data and to update it promptly if it changes.

• By using TechnoBlick, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
• We implement industry-standard security measures, but cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized breaches.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any and all activities that occur under your account.

• You agree to use a strong, unique password for your TechnoBlick account.
• You must notify us immediately at support@technoblick.com upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
• TechnoBlick will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

The Service and its original content, features, code, algorithms, and functionality are the exclusive property of TechnoBlick and its licensors.

• Our assets are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software without written permission.
• TechnoBlick's trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of TechnoBlick.

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any portion of the service.
• Transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited communications.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the service.
• Using automated systems (like bots, spiders, or scrapers) to extract data from TechnoBlick without explicit permission.

If you purchase a paid service from TechnoBlick, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

• Subscriptions:

  Billed in advance on a recurring basis as per your selected billing cycle (e.g., monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled.

• Taxes:

  All fees are exclusive of applicable national, provincial, state, local or other taxes. You are responsible for all applicable taxes arising from your purchase.

• Refunds:

  Refunds are processed subject to our official Refund Policy. Enterprise or custom services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. TechnoBlick expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TechnoBlick, its affiliates, directors, employees, or partners be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion.

• Common grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or extended periods of inactivity.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or cancel your subscription via your account dashboard.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TechnoBlick is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

• If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect via email or platform notification.
• By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
