About the role

You will lead product design end-to-end for client engagements — running discovery, shaping flows, building the design system, and staying involved through implementation.

What you'll do

Run lightweight research to validate flows before building UI

Design end-to-end product flows across web and mobile

Build and maintain design systems shared across client products

Pair closely with engineers through implementation

Present and defend design decisions directly to clients

What we're looking for

4+ years in product design with a strong portfolio

Fluency in Figma component/variant systems

Experience designing for both web and mobile

Ability to work from ambiguous briefs to shipped UI

Clear written communication in an async team
