About the role

You will own the frontend of flagship client products — from design-system foundations to conversion-critical checkout flows. Expect high autonomy, direct client contact, and a strong bias toward measurable performance wins.

What you'll do

Lead frontend architecture on two to three concurrent client products

Turn Figma into pixel-accurate, accessible, responsive interfaces

Own Core Web Vitals budgets and keep LCP under 1.8s on key routes

Build and maintain shared component libraries and design tokens

Review PRs and mentor mid-level engineers

What we're looking for

4+ years building production React applications

Deep TypeScript, state management, and data-fetching fundamentals

Strong CSS skills — layout, animation, and responsive systems

Experience with SSR or SSG frameworks and edge deployment

Clear written communication in an async team
