Hayathreads E-commerce Store and Admin Platform
Hayathreads is a modest-fashion e-commerce brand, and we built the whole machine behind it, not just the shopfront. Customers get a fast storefront with product variants, reviews, discounts and a checkout built for mobile shopping, while the brand's team gets an admin panel that runs the business: adding products, managing stock, processing orders, updating statuses, sending customer notifications and launching promotions without calling a developer. After launch, we stayed on to run the store's SEO on retainer, treating its traffic and conversions as our ongoing scoreboard rather than a finished delivery.

Hayathreads is a modest-fashion e-commerce brand, and we built both halves of its business: the storefront customers shop on and the admin panel the team runs it from. Customers get variant handling, reviews, discounts and a checkout built for mobile, while the team gets full control over products, stock, orders and promotions without needing a developer. After launch we took over the store's SEO on an ongoing retainer.

- Variants modelled at the database layer before the interface was built, avoiding a retrofit that would have meant migrating live orders and stock.
- Order status changes built as a state machine, with an email notification fired automatically at each transition.
- Reviews and aggregate ratings structured as data that also supports rich results in search.
- Built on Next.js for fast, indexable, mobile-first page loads, with a Node back end handling catalogue, cart, orders and payments.
Project Impact
Hayathreads' team runs the store themselves, handling catalogue, stock, orders and promotions entirely from the admin panel without developer involvement. The same team that built the platform continues to run its SEO on retainer, with the store's search visibility and traffic treated as ongoing, measured work rather than a project that ended at launch.
