Who We Are
TechnoBlick builds for the fitness and wellness industry — a 19-person senior team with 120+ projects shipped worldwide, including two consumer apps that cover the category's both halves: a gym app (the fitness side — members, workouts, and the operational rhythm of a training business) and a meditation app (the wellness side — calm content delivered daily, where the product succeeds only if people return tomorrow). Between them sits the industry's whole engineering truth: fitness software is retention software. Downloads are vanity; day-30 usage, kept streaks, renewed memberships — that's the product working.
The same truth governs the business side. Gyms and studios don't have a traffic problem, they have a trial-to-member and member-to-year-two problem: the lead who never booked the trial, the trial who never joined, the member who quietly stopped coming in month four. Every piece we build attacks that funnel — websites where booking a class or free trial takes one or two taps, local search presence that owns "gym near me," automated follow-up for trials and absentee members, and apps whose habit mechanics we've shipped, not theorized.
Full classes in January,
quiet rooms in April.
Fitness businesses don't fail at attracting interest — they fail at converting it and keeping it. Both are systems problems.
The trial that never got booked
Interested visitors met a "contact us" form instead of a schedule and a button. Booking friction is the industry's silent churn — before membership even starts.
Members who fade, unnoticed
The month-four member who stopped showing up cancels in month six. Nobody called, because nobody knew — the data was there, the system wasn't.
Invisible for "near me"
"Gym near me" and "yoga classes {area}" go to the map pack. If that's not you, your competitors' January is bigger than yours.
An app idea stuck at idea
Trainers and wellness founders with real audiences and no product — because fitness apps look simple and are quietly hard: content, habit loops, subscriptions, and retention mechanics that decide everything.
The complete stack for fitness and wellness businesses.
From "gym near me" to member — from download to daily habit.
Fitness & gym apps
Member apps with class booking, workouts, progress, and membership management — the machinery we shipped for a working gym.
Wellness & meditation apps
Content-led consumer apps — sessions, programs, streaks, and subscriptions — built like our shipped meditation app, where habit design is the product.
Studio & gym websites
Fast, motivating sites where the schedule is visible and the trial is bookable in one or two taps — conversion-first, intimidation-free by design.
Booking & membership systems
Class scheduling, capacity and waitlists, payments and plans — custom-built, or integrated with the Mindbody-class software you already run.
Local SEO & trial funnels
Map-pack ownership, reviews, and ads driving to trial bookings — with automated follow-up that converts trials to members and wakes the faded ones.
Retention automation
Absence-triggered check-ins, renewal campaigns, milestone celebrations, and review requests timed to progress — the lifecycle machinery that makes month twelve as full as January.

A gym app and a meditation app — fitness and wellness, shipped.
We built a gym app — the member-facing layer of a training business: classes, bookings, workouts, and membership in a pocket — where the engineering brief is operational: real schedules, real capacity, payments that renew. And we built a meditation app — a different discipline entirely: content-led, subscription-driven, and judged by one metric only — does the user come back tomorrow? Sessions, programs, streaks, and reminders engineered as a habit loop, because in wellness apps, retention isn't a feature, it's the product. Two apps, opposite ends of the industry, one shared lesson we now bring to every fitness build: the download is the easy part.

Answers, before you ask.
Building & cost
A focused member or content app sits in our standard app range; live-class features, wearable integrations, and deep habit mechanics scale it up. Honest drivers: content delivery model, subscription logic, and how much retention machinery ships at v1 (our advice: more than you think — it's the product). Fixed quotes after scoping — get one free.
Focused apps typically ship in 10–14 weeks. One scope warning from experience: fitness apps look simple and hide their complexity in the loops — streaks, reminders, progress, renewals. We scope those honestly up front rather than discovering them in month three.
Yes — that's the most common studio engagement: a conversion-first site with your live schedule and one-tap trial booking, integrated with Mindbody-class systems you already run. Replace nothing; convert more. And if your software genuinely limits you, we'll say so with the math.
Yes, and it's a model we've shipped: content programs, subscriptions, and habit mechanics wrapped around your method. The riskiest-assumption MVP discipline applies — we'll scope v1 to test whether your audience pays and returns, not to build every feature you've imagined. Founders with audiences skip the hardest problem (distribution); the product still has to earn day 30.
Members & growth
The local trio, tuned for fitness: map-pack ownership ("gym near me" is a map query), review velocity, and pages per offering-and-area ("yoga classes {suburb}") — with the trial bookable in two taps from every one of them, because a ranking page with a contact form is a lead lost to friction. Ads layer on for January and September, the industry's two tides.
Partially, and measurably: absence-triggered outreach catches the fade before the cancel decision (attendance data predicts it weeks ahead), milestone mechanics give members progress to protect, and renewal sequences handle the moment most gyms leave silent. Software won't fix a bad gym — but most churn isn't dissatisfaction, it's drift, and drift is automatable.
Staged honesty: the white-label app inside your membership software is genuinely fine for schedules and check-ins. Your own app earns its cost when brand, content, or model outgrow it — your programs, your habit loops, your subscription revenue, your data. We'll tell you which side you're on, and the answer is often "not yet."
