Software and marketing built for construction.
We've built for this industry at both ends: an on-demand materials ordering app for the construction supply chain, and the websites, local SEO, and lead systems that keep contractors' pipelines as full as their schedules.

Who We Are
TechnoBlick builds for the construction industry from two directions — a 19-person senior team with 120+ projects shipped worldwide. From the software side, we built an on-demand construction materials ordering app — foodpanda-style ordering for the building supply chain, where a site that's out of cement at 8 AM doesn't browse a catalog, it orders for delivery now. Marketplace-grade machinery — catalogs, ordering, delivery flow — applied to an industry that still mostly procures by phone call and hope.
From the growth side, we build what contractors, builders, and trades businesses actually need to win work: credibility-first websites where the portfolio does the selling, local SEO that owns "{trade} in {city}" searches, review engines, and the quote-and-follow-up machinery that answers inquiries while your crew is on the tools. Construction runs on trust and referrals — the digital version of both is a portfolio that ranks and reviews that compound, and most contractor websites deliver neither. Ours are built to.
Booked solid today,
invisible tomorrow.
Construction businesses ride referral waves — feast, then famine — because the digital pipeline was never built. And the industry's procurement still runs on phone tag.
The referral rollercoaster
Work comes in waves because word-of-mouth is the only channel. The months between waves are the cost of not ranking.
A portfolio nobody sees
Twenty years of quality work, and the evidence lives in a phone's camera roll instead of ranking pages that sell while you sleep.
Quotes lost to silence
The inquiry sat two days because everyone was on site. The client hired whoever answered — the industry's most expensive habit.
Procurement by phone tag
Materials ordered by calls and WhatsApp voice notes: wrong quantities, late deliveries, idle crews. The supply chain is a decade behind the job site.
The complete stack for construction businesses.
Platforms for the supply chain, pipelines for the trades.
Construction platforms & apps
On-demand ordering, marketplace, and operations apps for the building supply chain — the machinery we shipped for a materials-delivery product.
Contractor & builder websites
Portfolio-first sites that prove capability: project galleries, before/afters, credentials, and quote paths built for how clients vet builders.
Local SEO for trades
Map pack, reviews, and citations plus service-and-area pages — "{trade} in {city}" owned the same way we build it for every local industry.
Quote & follow-up automation
Inquiries answered instantly while the crew works: missed-call text-back, voice agents capturing job details, and pipelines that chase quotes so you don't have to.
Operations & job software
Custom job tracking, estimates, scheduling, and supplier integrations — built to your operation when off-the-shelf doesn't fit, and honest advice when it does.
Construction ads that pay
Google Ads on high-intent project searches, tracked to quote requests and jobs won — with seasonality respected, not hidden.
By the
numbers.

On-demand ordering for the construction supply chain.
We built an on-demand construction materials ordering app — foodpanda-style, for an industry that still procures by phone: browse materials, order for delivery, track the truck. Under the surface it's marketplace machinery tuned to construction's realities — bulk quantities and units that food delivery never faces, delivery logistics for heavy goods, supplier-side order management, and the trust mechanics of transacting real money against a delivery promise. It's the kind of build that only makes sense from a team with marketplace and e-commerce machinery already in its hands — which is exactly what it drew on.

Building & cost
A portfolio-first contractor site sits at the lower end of our web range; adding the area-page engine, quote pipeline, and automation scales it into a lead system. The honest math for trades: one incremental project usually covers the whole system — we'll run it against your average job value in the first call. Get a fixed quote.
Yes — that's our shipped side of this industry: we've built on-demand ordering for the supply chain, and we build job-tracking, estimating, and scheduling tools to fit real operations. Honest scoping applies: if JobNimbus-class off-the-shelf software fits your size, we'll say so and integrate around it instead — custom earns its cost when your workflow breaks the templates.
Yes, and we're one of the few teams with a shipped construction-industry platform to prove it. Construction-tech is genuinely underbuilt — procurement, labor, equipment rental, and site coordination all still run on phone calls — and our MVP discipline applies: we'll scope the build to test your riskiest assumption, not to maximize the quote.
Leads & growth
The same local machinery that wins every trades category: a fully-worked Google Business Profile, review velocity, citations, and a page for every service-and-area combination you want jobs from — built as a system, not fifty duplicates. Construction adds one lever most trades lack: project galleries with local landmarks and area names are ranking content and proof at once.
Maybe you don't yet — honestly. But "booked" is a lagging indicator: referral pipelines dry up without warning, and ranking assets take months to build — meaning the time to build them is while you're busy, not after the wave breaks. The goal isn't replacing referrals; it's making famine months structurally impossible.
The trades' version of the universal answer: missed-call instant text-back, a voice agent that answers and captures the job details (location, scope, timeline), and a pipeline that quotes and follows up on schedule. The client feels answered; you stay on the tools; the quote goes out tonight either way.
Disproportionately — construction is a high-ticket trust purchase, and review count plus recency is how strangers shortlist. We automate the ask at project completion (the moment satisfaction peaks), route responses, and put the proof where deciders look: Google first, site second.
