The Process

Building a healthcare platform requires a balance of rigorous verification and user-friendly accessibility. We designed eHealth to be the bridge between certified professionals and patients in need.

Service Design

Mapped out the critical patient journey, identifying key friction points in traditional hospital visits (waiting times, travel, exposure to infection).

Vetting System

Developed a robust backend portal for onboarding doctors and nurses, ensuring valid licenses and background checks before they go live.

Platform Development

Built a responsive web platform allowing users to book appointments, track medical teams in real-time, and access digital prescriptions.

Trust & Safety

Implemented secure data encryption for patient records and a feedback loop to maintain high service standards.

10k+registered patients
50k+appointments booked

Overview

Decentralizing hospital bottlenecks by coordinating clinical medical service operations directly inside residential homes.

eHealth provides accessible home-care matching services. The platform connects patients directly with nearby practitioners for everything from long-term home nursing assistance to rapid mobile diagnostic lab collections.

Challenge

Matching on-call medical practitioners with custom test requests based on proximity often caused coordination delays during high-traffic emergency hours, driving up system response times.

Approach

We structured clean component architectures using Next.js paired with rapid Firebase database triggers. Custom query paths were optimized to track location metadata, automatically matching patient needs to the closest active specialist.

Result

The dispatch automation route lowered communication overhead significantly, successfully routing over 50,000 requests while cutting average practitioner response times down to 30 minutes.
